A tuning fork level gauge is a new type of level switch, often referred to as a tuning fork level gauge or tuning fork level controller.
It is designed and manufactured using the principle of tuning fork vibration. The tuning fork level gauge is located at the base of the induction rod of the tuning fork level switch. It is driven by a piezoelectric chip and receives vibration signals from another piezoelectric chip, allowing the vibration signals to circulate and causing resonance in the induction rod.
When the material comes into contact with the induction rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until resonance stops, and the control circuit will output an electrical contact signal. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the induction rod decreases from the front to the back, when the material in the bucket and the surrounding area of the bucket pile up and touch the base of the induction rod<rear>or discharge the material, no error signal will be generated.
Simply put, a tuning fork generates mechanical vibration under the excitation of a piezoelectric crystal, which has a certain frequency and amplitude.
