High Temperature Submersible Input Level Gauge for Liquid Oil Gas Fuel
76-81 GHZ frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar products for four-wire and two-wire applications. Multiple models, the maximum range of the product can reach 120m, and the blind area can be 10 cm. Due to its higher operating frequency and shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid applications, and the working mode of receiving electromagnetic waves through lens emission has unique advantages in high dust and harsh temperature environments (+200ºC). The meter offers flange or thread fixing for easy installation.


How it works: 
The general principle of the FMCW radar level gauge is that the radar emits electromagnetic waves on the top of the tank, which are reflected by the medium and then received by the radar, the frequency difference between the received signal and the transmitted signal δf is proportional to the distance from the surface of the medium r:R = C (speed) * δf (frequency difference)/2/K (frequency modulation slope) .Since the speed of light c and the slope K of the FM are known, the frequency difference δf is estimated, and the distance R of the material surface at the radar installation position is obtained, and the total height of the tank is known, the height of the material level is obtained by subtracting the space distance from the radar to the material level (short for air height) .
