The diaphragm pressure controller mainly consists of a diaphragm, a given device, and a pressure sensor. Its core working principle is to sense changes in pressure through the deformation of the diaphragm. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the membrane, the membrane will produce corresponding displacement according to the magnitude of the pressure.
The displacement of the diaphragm is transmitted through a series of mechanical drives, ultimately triggering a micro switch to achieve the purpose of monitoring and controlling pressure by turning on or off the circuit. For example, when the pressure reaches the set upper limit, the displacement of the diaphragm causes the micro switch to act, sending a signal or controlling the relevant equipment to stop pressurizing; When the pressure drops to the set lower limit, the diaphragm resets and the micro switch returns to its initial state, allowing the equipment to be pressurized again.
