    K is designed based on the principle of Coriolis force. Under the action of alternating current, the magnet and coil installed on the measuring tube will cause Two parallel measuring tubes vibrate at a fixed frequency. Once there is flow through the pipeline, the Coriolis force will act in two directions The vibration of the pipeline causes deflection (phase shift), and the deflection of the vibration is proportional to the mass flow rate of the fluid. Pick them up, We can calculate the mass flow rate.  The vibration frequency of the measuring tube is determined by the total mass of the measuring tube and the fluid inside it. When the fluid density changes, the vibration of the measuring tube The frequency also changes accordingly, thus calculating the density of the fluid.  The temperature sensor installed on the pipeline, in conjunction with the measurement circuit, can pick up the temperature of the fluid in real time.
    Compared with traditional flow measurement methods, K-type flow meters have the following obvious advantages:
1. It can directly measure the mass flow rate of fluid in the pipeline without changing any parameters, avoiding intermediate links
The measurement error of the mass flow rate is high and has good repeatability over a large range of measurement ratios.  
2. The tested fluid can be more diverse, such as ordinary viscosity fluid, high viscosity fluid, non Newtonian fluid, and containing some solids
Stable and uniform flow of slurries containing ingredients and liquids containing trace gases.  
3. Due to the small vibration, the measuring tube of K can be regarded as a non moving component, which will reduce the maintenance of the flowmeter and improve stability

4. In addition to mass flow measurement, density, temperature, and even concentration can also be picked up and output.
