The 3D scanning imaging radar level meter, based on terahertz frequency modulated continuous wave FMCW ranging, is driven by a rotating and pitching structure to rotate in multiple dimensions to scan the interior of the silo and the surface of the material with high resolution. Every time the radar sensor reaches a predetermined position/angle, it emits a microwave signal from its antenna. The microwave signal is reflected and received by the antenna after hitting the object to be measured, and then the radar sensor runs to the next predetermined position/angle to complete the measurement of the entire detection cycle, thereby obtaining the level measurement information corresponding to each position/angle in the entire detection cycle. By using the information of each position/angle and the level measurement information corresponding to each position/angle for calculation and processing, a three-dimensional spatial coordinate system is established to obtain three-dimensional points. Cloud coordinate values are used to achieve 3D modeling, Generate three-dimensional visualization images and calculate relevant parameters such as volume, mass, and material level.
