Ultrasonic single and double sensors are measured using ultrasonic beam method, one sensor transmits, the other sensor receives. The strength of the received ultrasonic signal is used to determine the state of the wafer passing between the two sensors.

Ultrasonic single and double sheet sensor is not subject to the vibration, material, color, transparency of the object being tested, overcoming the shortcomings of other similar products such as photoelectric, mechanical, such as: transparent film, thin metal sheet, solar silicon, PC circuit board, coating machine sheet, paper, etc., can be accurately detected.

Used in papermaking, printing, stamping, instant noodle feeder, food packaging, solar silicon wafer production equipment, coating machine, lithium battery, automatic binding and other industries.

Work Principle:

The distance between the transmitting sensor and the receiving sensor does not exceed 60 mm and is in the same straight line.

The transmitting sensor has been emitting ultrasonic waves, and the receiving sensor has been receiving. If the intensity of the received signal is above 10%, it is considered that there is no thin sheet between the two sensors; When the strength is between 1 and 2%, it is considered that there is a single sheet between the two sensors; No signal is received, and it is believed that there are 2 or more sheets between the two sensors.

A total of 3 states can be output: no sheet, single sheet, 2 or more sheets.

Product Features

1. It can adapt to more than 95% of various sheet materials without setting. Compared with imported products, there is one less control line.
2. Strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, for the electromagnetic interference from the power supply and the electromagnetic interference from the air, can filter out about 87%.
3. It can filter the sound or ultrasonic interference caused by air pump, compressed air, vacuum sucker, etc.
