The LWGQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and highly reliable gas precision measuring instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrators. It has absorbed advanced international flowmeter technology, optimized design, and integrated theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance, multiple signal output methods, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbance. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas.

This product has been inspected and approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department in accordance with the standards of GB3836.2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and GB3836.42000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 4: Intrinsic Safety Type" i "". The explosion-proof markings are Exd II BT6 (Explosion proof Type) and Exia II CT6 (for this installation). Applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas containing explosive gas mixtures of Class IIA, IIB, and IIC temperature groups T1~T6 (only intrinsic safety type).

Product Features

1. Adopting a new type of sensor, it has low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, is not easy to corrode, has good reliability, and has a long service life;
2. Adopting a new type of microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, with high computational accuracy, powerful overall functions, and superior performance;
3. Adopting advanced low-power high-tech, the whole machine has low power consumption. It can operate on both internal battery power for a long time and external power supply;
4. According to the flow frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in eight segments, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the instrument according to user needs;
5. Adopting EEPROM data storage technology, it has the function of storing and querying historical data, and three historical data recording methods are available for users to choose from;
6. The flowmeter head can rotate 180 °, making installation and use simple and convenient;
7. High precision, generally up to ± 1.5% R and ± 1.0% R;
8. Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that flow meters are preferred for trade settlement;
9. It can detect the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the tested gas, automatically track and compensate for the flow rate, and display the gas flow rate under standard conditions (P.=101.325KPa Tn=293.15K); Real time query of temperature, pressure, time, date and other data.
