The XCAI wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter consists of a host and an external clamp shaped sensor. Simply attach the external clamp shaped sensor to the surface of the pipeline to complete the flow measurement of various liquids. Compared with traditional flow meters, there is no need to cut off pipelines and flow rates, and installation is convenient and fast, truly achieving non-destructive installation.
The XCAI wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter utilizes low voltage, multi pulse time difference principle, high-precision and ultra stable dual balanced signal differential transmission, differential reception digital detection technology to measure the sound wave transmission time in the forward and backward directions, and calculate the flow velocity based on the time difference. It has the characteristics of good stability, small zero drift, high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio and good anti-interference performance.
1. High precision measurement: The line quality is better than 1%, and the repeatability accuracy is better than 0.2%;
2. Non contact measurement: By attaching a magnetic ultrasonic flowmeter sensor to the outer wall of the pipeline, flow measurement can be completed instantly;
3. Large measurement range: By using different types of sensors, it is possible to measure the flow rate of pipelines with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN6000mm;
4. Multi language menu: supports English menu, convenient and fast;
5. Built in data logger: can upload measurement results of up to 20 pre-set items to a computer or network communication.
